eagle eye design undertakes a range of surveys which are regularly used to inform our client’s development proposals within the planning process. Our landscape surveys analyse different aspects of the environment to establish a baseline, against which we can demonstrate & measure the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats of potential development on the environment. 

eagle eye design undertake both desk-based research & field surveys to gleam information in order to explain how landscapes have evolved & changed over time. Uniquely eagle eye design is registered with Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) granted by the CAA to operate drones for aerial reconnaissance that allow us in many situations to undertake drone surveys. We gain real-time aerial perspectives of the environment which when combined with our detailed desktop studies enable us to produce accurate & informed habitat surveys and tree surveys.
